Keystone Kips Gymnastics operates out of Unit 2-781 Kapelus Dr. We have classes for girls and boys ages 18 months+. We offer Parent & Tot, Preschool, Recreational and Competitive programs. Our focus is on the fun, fitness and fundamentals of gymnastics.

Our goal is to provide physical activity and quality gymnastics instruction in a fun and safe environment to children and youth of all ages and ability.

We are closed Saturday - Monday of the May long weekend to give our families and coaches a break. Classes are running as usual on Friday May 16. Enjoy the long weekend!

This weekend many of our gymnasts competed in Brandon at the Let’s Glow competition! It was the last meet of the season for many of our gymnasts and our last meet of the season in Manitoba. A great job to all of our gymnasts that competed! We had a blast! Thanks to @brandoneaglesgymnastics for hosting a fun meet to wrap up the season!🌟🩷🖤

We are so proud of Lyla and Maksym for competing on Team Manitoba at the Western Canadian Championships in Saskatoon this week!

In Lyla’s second Westerns she improved her performance so much from a year ago. She had 3 strong routines including finishing 8th on bars in Western Canada in the level 8 15+ yrs category.

It was Maksym’s first Westerns. She hit her beam and floor routines, enjoyed competing as a team and gained some valuable experience!
